It"s not so great.

I purchased the 7" pro, and l do have some issue with it, the unit is keep frozen for some reason, l contacted Rand McNally and explained to them my issue, they told me to update it,which l did, but still doing it, and as far as i know that is a common issue with this particular model, so Rand McNally the company has been facing many complain about it, so l did everything they told me to do, finally they told me to send the unit to them for repair which l will, so far it's the only issue that me and many other drivers have with the 7"pro model

Have used Rand McNally's GPS's for years

Every GPS has issues. This one I must say has been better than the ones we have owned in the past. Hoping that it will last longer also. Touch screen is more responsive than past units we have owned
