Displayed at the CES 2020 in Las Vegas, Continental Automotive’s Surround View Camera gives a view of what is on the pavement in front of you. This Transparent Hood Technology was being shown for passenger cars, but there are talks of using it for commercial vehicles as well. This is the first type of camera system out there that shows the area beneath the front of the vehicle. Trucks have many large blind spots, and directly in front is one of them.
