The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration has granted the intermodal Association of North America a limited waiver to operate intermodal equipment with expired annual inspection decals. The operation of an intermodal chassis with inspection decals having an expiration date of March 31, 2020, will be able to continue transporting critical products and supplies during the current COVID-19 health crisis. This waiver is currently in effect and will expire on September 1, 2020, or if the President revokes the COVID-19 national emergency. Click the link below to learn more about this.
