Every year, for over 50 years, the Minnesota Trucking Association honors one driver with the Driver of the Year award. For 2019, the honors went to Spartan Logistics Driver and FedEx Ground contracted service provider Scott Post out of Maplewood, Minnesota. This award is given to an exceptional driver with an outstanding work record, one who advocates for safety in the industry and who is involved within the community. Post has driven over 2.5 million safe miles and takes part in many community organizations including Operation Lifesaver and Trucks for Toys.
