To further boost the truck driving community and help recover from the driver shortage, Schneider has donated 10 gently used trucks to community or technical colleges across the U.S. The donated Freightliner Cascadias have advanced technology and automated manual transmissions so new drivers can stay up to date with what they learn. The 10 trucks were split up between Central Tech in Oklahoma, Fox Valley Technical College in Wisconsin, Hawkeye Community College in Iowa, and Houston Community College in Texas.
