There is a high demand for truck drivers out there and the Bismarck State College in North Dakota is doing its part to help fill those empty seats. The college has received the Smart Restart Technical Skills training grant from the state’s Department of Commerce and every month four new students will be able to learn how to get their Commercial Driver’s License.
