In a letter to its members, the Owner-Operator Independent Association stated that they did not support California’s Assembly Bill 5 and will fight any negative impacts it has on the trucking industry. With all the misinformation out there, the OOIDA wanted to make it very clear where they stand with AB5 and how they will take care of their members and anyone else in the trucking industry who is negatively impacted by this new law.
