The CDC has issued a travel advisory that is not mandatory and some states are taking it upon themselves to keep travelers from other states out. Anyone with a New York plate traveling to Rhode Island will be quarantined for 14 days and troopers can pull them over. Florida is also attempting to keep people from New York out.
