Utah’s Governor Gary R. Herbert has issued an executive order requiring anyone who is entering Utah, including truckers, to fill out an electronic COVID-19 form. When you enter the state you will receive a text message by way of the wireless emergency alert system requesting that you fill out a travel declaration. Utah wants to know who you are, where you are from, what you are doing in Utah, where you’ve been, and how you are feeling. This order goes into effect today and will run through May 1, 2020.
