The American Transportation Research Institute has put out a Compendium of Idling Regulations. This Compendium is a list of each state and some of its major cities informing us of what idling laws they enforce. At the bottom of each regulation is a clickable link back to where the information originated from. ATRI does state that this information may contain errors and it might change over time.
