The Moving Forward Act has passed through the U.S. House of Representatives with a vote of 233 to 188. Included were the provision to increase a trucker’s insurance cover to $2 million and the delay date for the new Hours of Service changes. Originally, quite a few truckers out there supported this bill but decided otherwise when the insurance hike amendment was added.
