Due to the current pandemic, the Commercial Vehicle Safety Alliance’s International Roadcheck was pushed back to September 9-11. Starting tomorrow, this high-volume, high-visibility inspection, and enforcement initiative will begin in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. All over these countries, at select locations, commercial motor vehicles will be inspected to make sure they comply with federal regulations.
Each year, there is a new emphasis put on a specific violation, this year the focus is on driver requirements. Last year, during this event, just over 3 million inspections were done finding almost 1 million driver violations putting almost 200,000 out of service. Click the link below to learn more about this.
