Hubert Thompson, a trucker from Whiteville, N.C., won $200,000 on a Blazing 7’s ticket from the Washington Street Time Saver Food Store. The North Carolina Education Lottery’s Blazing 7’s game started last Tuesday with four top prizes of $200,000 available, three of which are still waiting to be won. Thompson says he’s adding the winnings to his retirement fund.
