Mack Trucks has built its 100,000th truck equipped with Mack GuardDog Connect telematics technology. From the first truck in 2014 to the 100,000th, the GuardDog system has evolved and improved over the years to become one of Mack’s most useful telematic tools. This tool monitors truck’s critical fault codes and sends the information to round-the-clock agents at the Mack Uptime Center where it is diagnosed and determined if a problem needs fixing or not. Preventing downtime is a key goal for Mack Trucks.
