Trucker Stops Traffic to Save Child

Back in August, Harold Hyde, a driver for Old Dominion Freight Line, drove his truck into the middle of the road to save a small child. Hyde stopped traffic in all directions, put on his hazards, jumped out of his truck, and kept the boy safe. Not too long after, Tammy Farris, another person driving by, took the 4-year old autistic child to a local cafe where she called 911 and eventually the child was returned to his parents. Thank you Hyde for blocking traffic and saving this boy’s life, you are a true hero.
