Construction has begun for a new truck staging area in Mount Olive, North Carolina and will have spaces for 60 trucks, restrooms, scales, and refrigeration hookups. Located on the new Pickle Road connecting Talton Drive with Highway 55, this new area is a much-needed necessity for all the trucks that flow through this town. The pickle company is moving quickly on construction because the amount of trucks that drive into town and the places to park don’t add up. There has yet to be a determined time when the project will be done, but it should alleviate some stress on the town’s streets when finished.
