Mary Pat Kulina started her own business 20 years ago and is now the owner of a fleet of trucks and a successful business. Her mobile shredding business, All-Shred, has 7,800 clients in six states and the number continues to grow. The Maryland Women’s Business Center named her the 2019 Entrepreneur of the Year for the work she does and what she has brought the industry and the community. It’s a struggle from the start to be a big name when you are a woman in the trucking industry but Kulina has worked hard to receive the recognition she deserves.
