Mack Trucks has announced its new line of medium-duty trucks called the Mack MD Series. Production of these trucks will begin in July 2020. For the production of these trucks, Mack has announced a $13 million investment in the new manufacturing facility in the Roanoke Valley, Virginia. The investment will be used for equipment in its Roanoke Valley Operations facility and be dedicated to the assembly of this new series.
