The Oregon Department of Transportation wants drivers to be aware of heavy truck traffic around the state on Thursday. There is a rally at the Oregon Capitol in Salem and truckers are putting together convoys to protest the ‘cap and trade” climate change legislation. The ODOT is alerting everyone in the area to be aware of more congested roads and delays during their morning and evening hour commutes.
