Every year the South Dakota Truck Convoy gathers hundreds of truckers, drives through South Dakota, and donates quite a bit of money to the Special Olympics. Due to the current pandemic, the truck convoy in Sioux Falls will still be happening while the one in Rapid City will be going virtual. Both shows will be having an auction but the Sioux Falls show will be having a poker tournament while the Rapid City show will be having a truck beauty show. There is a $100 fee for all truckers who want to join in and all funds raised go to the Special Olympics.
