This year, the 14th annual Truckers Parade Against Cancer will be on September 19 at 2 p.m. They will be changing things up a bit due to the current pandemic. The parade will start and end at the Grover King VFW Post 1115 in Hillsville. Organizers are also asking truckers to bring masks for themselves and for anyone riding along in the truck. Each truck will have a banner displayed in memory or honor of someone with cancer. This is a fundraiser for the Relay for Life and normally brings in over $8,000 a year.
