Here is another collection (the third) of bridges from around the country that are not the favorites for truckers.
The Tacoma Narrows Bridge is a pair of twin suspension bridges over the Puget Sound in Washington. Back in the 40s, the bridge collapsed due to high winds, and those same high winds make truckers leary about crossing.
The High Five Interchange in Dallas is not a favorite of truck drivers. It replaced an old cloverleaf in 2005 and its 12-story height can leave drivers feeling a bit dizzy. It has an unusual design and has 43 permanent bridges to get through.
