Nocterra is a new comic dreamed up by Batman alums Tony Daniel and Scott Snyder. The sun has been cut off from the earth shrouding everything in a strange darkness that alters just about every living thing and can change them into ‘Shades’ if they are in the darkness too long. Ferryman Val Riggs is a survivor who uses her tricked-out big rig to transport people and other beings around.
