By the end of 2019, there were more than 2,000 electric trucks on our roads, and a new analysis put out by Wood Mackenzie shows that by 2025 there will be more than 54,000 electric trucks out there. With more trucks comes an expanded infrastructure of available charging units. Currently, there are around 2,000 charging outlets across the U.S. and it looks like, by 2025, there will be around 48,000. There are multiple companies out there working on getting electric trucks on the road to help reduce the emissions they put out and cleaner trucks mean cleaner air.
